About Me

Hello, my name is Patee Poonpanyatawee or "Teapan".

I understand that when we feel the urge to change ourselves, it often leads to confusion — where to start? Which expert should we consult? Or what exactly should we explore within ourselves first?

I've been there before. At one point in my life, I wanted to adapt everything to suit me—my image, my style, how I carry myself and communicate in relationships, my home or place to reflect who I am, my lifestyle, my daily routine, how I spend my time doing things, my health, both through exercise and good eating, and my job that truly meets my needs.

But at that time, I spent years trying and failing because I really didn't know where to start. It was a waste of time and energy.

Until one day, I discovered that what was missing was not “intention,” but a “clear life plan” and someone who could help me see the big picture. From that experience, I chose to be a initial consultant — someone you can start with comfortably.

My job is to listen, talk, and help you navigate your way through the journey. Then, I connect you with experts in areas like image building, career coaching, mental health, and relationship development, so you don't end up as lost as I did.

You don't need to have all the answers from the start. Just start by talking with me, and we'll work together to find the solution that's best for you.

Teapan understands you because…

Throughout my journey, I have gradually learned, made mistakes, and gradually changed my life step by step.

Knowing ourselves
started by studying MBTI, Enneagram, the Holland Codes, DiSC, and even the seven chakras. At first, I was just curious, but once I began learning, it opened my mind to the idea that everyone has unique traits and energies. And it's these differences that truly make us who we are.

Image
I have a background in Image Consultant, which isn’t just about clothes, makeup, or hairstyles. It’s about understanding how our image reflects who we truly are. I’ve learned how to choose hairstyles and makeup that suit different face shapes, and I’ve realized that even the smallest details can have a big impact on our confidence and how we present ourselves.

Demeanor and communication
I've taken Acting for Life and Acting for Everyone classes with Kru Kook Kai at Action Play Studio. At first, I thought I'd only learn acting skills. But in fact, it gave me courage, unlocked my confidence, and allowed me to communicate with others more sincerely and naturally. I feel like I'm more open to people than before.

Home and space design
I have a background in interior design and landscaping. What truly connects me to this work is the understanding that a home or workspace is not just a "place to live," but a space that impacts our energy and lifestyle. Designing environments that align with one's true self has helped me feel more at ease and has provided the support to live in a way that is truer to who we are.

Lifestyle adjustments
I like to use tools like Life Audit to periodically check in on my life path and get inspired by the idea Atomic Habits that teaches me to make small changes every day, but they add up to big results in the long run. When I combine these two things, it helps me gradually adjust my lifestyle to suit myself more, without feeling like I have to force it.

Physical and mental health
Over the past 10 years as a web administrator for a mental health consulting website and life coach, I've learned how to deal with emotional issues from a close-up perspective. I've also taken a course on authentic food with Dr. Bank and trained with Coach Dao - Fit with Dao. All these experiences have taught me that eating the right foods and exercising in moderation, without overdoing it, but consistently, can actually help strengthen both the body and mind.

Living and working with meaning
I've tried a simple, straightforward and clear way to find "what you want to do" and I've also played Transformation Game With Phi Nad, it was a time that really made me deeply reflect on my life path. And what was most fulfilling was writing a Buddhist diary with Khun Por (Human Center Chiangmai), which gradually made me pay more attention to my own heart, until I began to see that living and working can have meaning and fulfill our hearts.

✨ None of these experiences instantly transformed me into a new person. Rather, they gradually helped me understand myself better, learn how to connect with those around me, and gradually build an image and lifestyle that aligns with my inner self. This has become a path I'd like to share with you.

Reviews from my clients

“What sets this apart from others is that he doesn't speak like a coach, but rather like a friend walking the walk with me. He listens to me, understands me, and points me in the right direction. So I never feel alone in this transition.”

"Personal transformation is the hardest part, but this service made me feel like I wasn't alone. At every step, someone checked in, offered advice, and encouraged me, making me confident that this would truly be sustainable."
